| Osteoclast-associated receptors, kind of cell surface molecules, are novel members of the leukocyte receptor complex (LRC)-encoded family.The osteoclast-associated receptors are wildely expressed in osteoclasts, monocytes, macrophages, and monocyte-derived dendritic cells.They also play an important role in osteoclastogenesis through the interaction with essential regulatory factors, and participate in bone metabolism regulated by various factors.The osteoclast-associated receptors can bind with theγchain of Fc receptor specificly, thus regulating the immune response. |
