| Bone biomechanics aims to study the mechanical properties, function and changes of bone during movement. It can play a coupling role of angiogenesis and osteogenesis in bone formation and promote bone regeneration at the defect site. Recent studies have shown that bone biomechanics can promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteocytes such as BMSCs, ECs, and OB to improve bone homeostasis. However, the specific application research is still in its preliminary stage and lacks clinical data support. Therefore, this article expounds the role of bone biomechanics in the differentiation of BMSCs, ECs, and OB, in order to provide targets and methods for improving bone homeostasis. In addition, the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine can affect the differential expression of biomechanics to promote angiogenesis and osteogenic differentiation, which provides a strategy for clinical prevention and treatment of related bone metabolic diseases. |
