| 骨代谢是指骨组织在生长发育和维持骨量过程中，骨细胞间相互作用调节骨形成和骨吸收。骨代谢相关细胞分化及功能异常是骨代谢疾病发生的关键机制。甘草天然活性成分主要包括黄酮类、三萜皂苷类和多糖类，它们通过促进骨髓间充质干细胞增殖、成骨细胞分化及抑制破骨细胞等途径防治骨代谢性疾病的发生发展。本文就甘草天然活性成分防治骨质疏松症、骨关节炎及类风湿关节炎等骨代谢异常疾病的相关研究进行综述，以期为骨代谢异常疾病的防治提供新视角。 |

| Bone metabolism refers to the interaction between bone cells to regulate bone formation and bone absorption in the process of bone tissue growth and development and bone mass maintenance. Bone metabolism-related cell differentiation and functional abnormalities are the key mechanisms for the occurrence of bone metabolic diseases. The natural active ingredients of licorice mainly include flavonoids, triterpenes and polysaccharides, which prevent and control the development of bone metabolic diseases by promoting the proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, osteoblast differentiation and inhibiting osteoclasts. This article reviews the relevant research on the prevention and treatment of bone metabolic abnormalities such as osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis with natural active ingredients of licorice, in order to provide a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of bone metabolic abnormalities. |
