      骨质疏松症(osteoporosis ,OP)是一种全身代谢性骨病,此类患者的骨稳态失衡和骨量减少,增加骨折风险,且对生活质量产生不利影响。N6-甲基腺嘌呤 ( N6-methyladenosine ,m6A) RNA甲基化是一种基因修饰方式,在多种疾病的病理过程中都发挥调节作用。随着OP的发病率不断升高,近年来对骨质疏松症发病机制的不断深入探索,已有研究证实了m6A甲基化可通过调控成骨细胞以及骨髓间充质干细胞的状态而参与OP的发生和发展。本文阐述了m6A修饰在OP中相关研究进展并进行归纳和总结,旨在为OP发病机制中m6A修饰的深入研究和新的防治靶点提供一定的理论依据。

      Osteoporosis (OP) is a systemic metabolic bone disease, in which patients suffer from bone homeostasis imbalance and bone mass reduction, which increases the risk of fracture and adversely affects the quality of life. N6-methyladenosine (m6A) RNA methylation is a type of gene modification that plays a regulatory role in the pathological processes of various diseases. With the continuous increase in the incidence of OP, the continuous and in-depth exploration of the pathogenesis of osteoporosis in recent years has confirmed that m6A methylation can participate in the occurrence and development of OP by regulating the state of osteoblasts and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. This article summarizes the research progress of m6A modification in OP, providing a theoretical basis for the in-depth study of m6A modification in the pathogenesis of OP and new prevention and treatment targets.
