| “肾藏精主骨”是中医理论中的重要概念，其强调肾精与骨骼的密切联系。近年来，随着表观遗传学的发展，N6-甲基腺嘌呤（N6-methyladenine，m6A）修饰作为RNA上最丰富的修饰之一，被发现广泛参与基因表达调控和多种生理病理过程，尤其在成骨细胞（osteoblasts，OB）、破骨细胞（osteoclasts，OC）和骨髓间充质干细胞（bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells，BMSCs）的分化中具有关键调节作用。本研究旨在从m6A修饰调控骨脂代谢的角度，通过解析“肾藏精主骨理论”的生物学基础，研究其与调控骨重建的潜在联系，以期为临床预防和治疗骨病提供更多的潜在治疗靶点。 |

| The concept of "kidney storing essence and dominating bones" is an important notion in traditional Chinese medicine, emphasizing the close relationship between kidney essence and bones. In recent years, with the development of epigenetics, m6A modification, as one of the most abundant RNA modifications, has been found to be widely involved in the regulation of gene expression and various physiological and pathological processes. It plays a key regulatory role in the differentiation of osteoblasts (OB), osteoclasts (OC), and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs). This study aims to explore the biological connotation of the theory of "kidney storing essence and governing bones" from the perspective of m6A modification in the regulation of bone and lipid metabolism. By uncovering the potential connections between the two in regulating bone remodeling, we hope to provide more potential therapeutic targets for the prevention and treatment of bone diseases. |
