| 微塑料污染作为全球性环境问题,对人类健康的潜在威胁逐渐受到关注。大量研究表明,微塑料不仅广泛存在于自然环境中,还能够通过多种途径进入人体并积累在不同的组织和器官中,包括骨骼系统。本文综述了微塑料对骨代谢影响的最新研究进展,重点探讨其作用机制。微塑料对骨代谢的影响涉及对成骨细胞和破骨细胞功能的干扰,以及通过氧化应激、内质网应激、细胞凋亡、自噬抑制和炎症反应等途径影响骨代谢平衡。未来的研究应进一步探索微塑料对骨代谢的长期影响,并开发有效的干预策略,以减轻微塑料污染对骨骼健康的潜在威胁。 |

| As a global environmental issue, microplastic pollution and its potential threats to human health have gradually garnered attention. Numerous studies have shown that microplastics not only widely exist in natural environments but can also enter the human body through various pathways and accumulate in different tissues and organs, including the skeletal system. This article reviews the latest research progress on the effects of microplastics on bone metabolism, focusing on elucidating their underlying mechanisms. The impacts of microplastics on bone metabolism involve interference with osteoblast and osteoclast functions, as well as disruption of bone metabolic balance through pathways such as oxidative stress, endoplasmic reticulum stress, apoptosis, autophagy suppression, and inflammatory responses. Future research should further explore the long-term effects of microplastics on bone metabolism and develop effective intervention strategies to mitigate the potential threats of microplastic pollution to skeletal health. |
