| 随着人口老龄化程度的加剧，骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）发病率逐年上升，已成为重要的公共健康问题。OP可引发骨折、持续性骨痛以及活动能力受限等问题，严重影响患者的生存质量。OP在中国以及世界范围内都造成了巨大的社会和经济负担。近年来，肝骨轴在OP中的作用逐渐受到科学界关注，并已被视为OP治疗的潜在靶点。因此，本文概述了肝骨轴在原发性OP与继发性OP中的作用，总结了肝骨轴在治疗OP中的效果及作用机制，并着重讨论了相关先进技术在临床转化中所面临的实际问题。 |

| With the aging of the population, the incidence of osteoporosis (OP) has been increasing year by year and has become an important public health problem. OP can cause fractures, persistent bone pain, and limited mobility, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. OP has caused a huge social and economic burden in our country and the world. In recent years, the role of the hepatic-bone axis in OP has gradually received scientific attention and has been recognized as a potential target for OP treatment. Therefore, this article provides an overview of the role of the hepatic bone axis in primary versus secondary OP and summarizes the effects and mechanisms of action of the hepatic bone axis in treating OP, and focuses on discussing the practical problems faced by relevant advanced technologies in clinical translation. |
