| 肌少症(Sarcopenia)是老年人骨骼肌的质量、力量和功能减弱或者丧失的一类疾病。体外构建细胞模型是研究肌少症的有效方法之一。通过研究该疾病的细胞模型,为疾病的治疗提供方向。该文通过检索数据库中近年来涉及细胞模型应用于肌少症的相关文献,通过总结并系统分析肌少症细胞模型建立方法、细胞选择、诱导剂分类,对该细胞模型应用于肌少症的研究进展进行了综述,以期对肌少症细胞模型合理构建及深入研究提供借鉴与思路。 |

| Sarcopenia is a category of disorders characterized by the decline or loss of skeletal muscle quality, strength, and function in the elderly. Developing ex vivo cell models represents one of the effective approaches for investigating sarcopenia. Analyzing these cellular models may yield insights that inform treatment strategies for this condition. This article reviews recent advancements in research utilizing cell models to study sarcopenia, based on a comprehensive literature search conducted within the PUBMED database. By systematically summarizing and analyzing methodologies for establishing cell models, evaluation metrics, and characteristics associated with sarcopenia, this review aims to provide valuable references and innovative ideas for the rational design and thorough investigation of cell models pertinent to sarcopenia. |
