| 骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）是一种全身性代谢疾病，以骨密度降低和骨组织微观结构破坏为主要特征，这种病理变化显著提升了骨折风险，严重损害患者生活质量。近年来，非编码RNA，尤其是微小RNA（microRNA，miRNA）、长非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA，lncRNA）和环状RNA（circular RNA，circRNA）在OP发病中扮演关键角色，可调控成骨细胞、破骨细胞及骨髓间充质干细胞功能，有助于揭示OP的发病根源，更可作为诊断和预后评估的潜在生物标志物，在OP发病机制中的作用日益受到重视。此外，中药可调节这些非编码RNA网络，在OP治疗中展现出显著效果，为治疗提供了新的思路和研究靶点，为开发新型治疗策略提供了坚实基础。 |

| Osteoporosis, a systemic metabolic disease, is characterized by reduced bone mineral density and compromised bone tissue microstructure. These pathological changes elevate fracture risks and significantly impacts quality of life of the patients. Recently, the significance of non-coding RNAs, specifically microRNA (miRNA), long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), and circular RNA (circRNA) in osteoporosis (OP) pathogenesis has gained attention. Research indicates that circRNA-miRNA and lncRNA-miRNA networks are pivotal in OP development by regulating osteoblasts, osteoclasts, and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. These networks may aid to unravel the underlying causes of OP and to serve as potential diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers, offering crucial scientific and clinical insights. Furthermore, modulation of these non-coding RNA networks in OP treatment with traditional Chinese medicine suggests novel therapeutic approaches and research targets. This may deepen our comprehension of OP pathogenesis and treatment and bolster the development of innovative therapeutic strategies. |
