| 激素性股骨头坏死(steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head,SONFH)是一种常见的难治性髋关节疾病,其发病机制复杂,以往的研究认为其涉及脂代谢紊乱、血流受损、骨内高压等多种生物学过程。其中,氧化应激在SONFH病理进程中起到关键作用,近几年线粒体生物发生、线粒体损伤、铁死亡作为其重要的病理机制之一,与股坏死密切相关。中药在抑制氧化应激,减少活性氧的产生恢复线粒体稳态、促进骨微血管内皮细胞及骨细胞增殖、调节脂质代谢和铁代谢、促进成血管-成骨偶联方面起到重大的作用。本研究旨在对中药如何调控相关通路、调节炎症因子、代谢从而起到防治SONFH的作用进行探讨,对相关单味中药、中药单体、复方及制剂治疗进行系统综述,以期为SONFH治疗的后续研究和开发新药提供新的思路和理论依据。 |

| Steroid-induced necrosis of the femoral head (SONFH) is a common and refractory hip joint disease. Its pathogenesis is complex. Previous studies have suggested that SONFH involves a variety of biological processes such as lipid metabolism disorder, blood flow impairment, intraosseous hypertension, etc. Among them, oxidative stress plays a key role in the pathological process of SONFH. Mitochondrial biogenesis, mitochondrial damage and iron death are closely related to femoral necrosis as one of the important pathological mechanisms in recent years. Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in inhibiting oxidative stress, reducing ROS production, restoring mitochondrial homeostasis, promoting proliferation of bone microvascular endothelial cells and osteocytes, regulating lipid metabolism and iron metabolism, and promoting angiogenesis-osteogenesis coupling. The purpose of this study is to explore how Chinese medicine regulates related pathways, inflammatory factors and metabolism to prevent and treat SONFH, and to systematically review the treatment of related single Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine monomer, compound and preparation in order to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the follow-up research and development of new drugs for SONFH treatment. |
