| Objective To investigate and analyze the incidence of preoperative deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and related risk factors in patients with osteoporotic hip fractures. Methods Sixty patients with osteoporotic hip fractures who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected. The occurrence of DVT before surgery was recorded. The patients were divided into DVT group and non DVT group according to whether DVT occurred before surgery. Clinical data such as gender and age were collected and compared from the hospital's electronic medical record system. Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to identify the relevant risk factors for preoperative DVT in patients with osteoporotic hip fractures. Results Among the 60 patients with osteoporotic hip fractures, the risk of preoperative DVT was 13.33%. Univariate and multivariate logistics regression analyses showed that the influencing factors for preoperative DVT in patients with osteoporotic hip fractures were age over 70 years old, time from injury to admission over 48 hours, the proportion of patients with diabetes, and high levels of SII, FIB, and D-dimer (P<0.05). Conclusion The risk of preoperative DVT in patients with osteoporotic hip fractures is relatively high. It is affected by factors such as age over 70 years old, time from injury to admission over 48 hours, and the presence of diabetes. Reasonable prevention and treatment measures can be implemented for patients based on risk factors. |
