| 骨缺损修复是骨科临床长期面临的难题,现有治疗手段仍存在修复效率低、供体不足、免疫排斥等诸多问题。近年来,随着对线粒体的深入研究,发现线粒体作为参与能量转换、生物合成和信号转导的重要细胞器,对维持骨骼完整性有着至关重要的作用。进一步研究发现,将骨组织工程支架与线粒体靶向结合治疗骨缺损具有巨大潜力。为此,本文就线粒体在骨缺损修复中的作用机制及骨组织工程支架的线粒体靶向策略进行综述,并对未来骨缺损修复研究方向进行展望,以期为骨缺损修复提供新的参考。 |

| Bone defect repair is a long-term problem in the orthopedic clinic. The existing treatment methods still have many problems, such as low repair efficiency, insufficient donor, and immune rejection. In recent years, with the in-depth study of mitochondria, it has been found that mitochondria, as important organelles involved in energy conversion, biosynthesis, and signal transduction, play a crucial role in maintaining bone integrity. Further studies have found that the combination of bone tissue engineering scaffolds and mitochondria targeting has great potential to treat bone defects. Therefore, this paper reviews the mechanism of mitochondrial action in bone repair and mitochondrial targeting strategies of bone tissue engineering scaffolds, and prospects the future research direction of bone defect repair, in order to provide a new reference for bone defect repair. |
