| 骨质疏松症是一种常见的骨代谢疾病，会导致骨量的降低与骨微结构破坏。当前的中医理论认为，骨质疏松症可被解释为“骨枯”“骨痿”，多因脾肾亏虚，瘀血阻滞而导致。气血阴阳理论与经络理论是中医理论体系的基石，也是辨证论治的关键之一，《内经》“气血分离，阴阳破散”说从中医学基础理论出发，对于各类疾病的病机作出了总结与概括，加强了人体整体观在疾病诊治中的应用。这一认识也可应用于骨质疏松症的辨证论治中，既促进了中医对骨质疏松症分型的认识，也能有效提升骨质疏松症中医论治的成效。 |

| Osteoporosis is a common disease of bone metabolism that leads to a decrease in bone mass and destruction of bone microstructure. Current TCM theory believes that osteoporosis can be interpreted as "Guku" and "Guwei", The theory of qi and blood, yin and yang and meridian theory is the basic of the theoretical system of TCM, and it is also one of the keys to syndrome differentiation and treatment. the theory of “blood and qi are divided, yin and yang are broken” in starting from the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, summaries the pathogenesis of various diseases, and strengthens the application of the holistic view of the human body in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. This understanding can also be applied to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of osteoporosis, which not only promotes the understanding of osteoporosis classification in traditional Chinese medicine, but also effectively improves the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of osteoporosis. |
