| 老年性骨质疏松症作为一种严重威胁老年人健康和生活质量的全身性骨病，带来了沉重的家庭负担和一系列社会问题。近年来研究发现，细胞免疫在骨代谢调控中发挥了重要作用，特别是Th17/Treg细胞能通过调控相关信号通路，影响破骨细胞与成骨细胞的动态平衡，从而在维持骨量稳定和防治骨质流失方面发挥重要作用。中医学基于“阴平阳秘”理论，通过补益肾气调节骨免疫微环境，在调控成骨细胞与破骨细胞平衡、促进骨形成方面展现出独特优势。本文系统综述了中医药双向调控Th17/Treg在老年性骨质疏松症中的最新研究进展，旨在为临床防治提供新的理论依据和治疗策略。 |

| Senile osteoporosis, as a systemic bone disease that seriously threatens the health and quality of life of the elderly, imposes a heavy burden on families and leads to various social issues. Recent studies have revealed that cellular immunity plays a vital role in regulating bone metabolism, especially Th17/Treg cells, which influence the dynamic balance between osteoclasts and osteoblasts by modulating related signaling pathways. This dynamic balance is critical for maintaining bone mass stability and preventing bone loss. Traditional Chinese medicine, based on the theory of“Yin-Yang balance”, regulates the bone immune microenvironment by tonifying kidney Qi, showing unique advantages in balancing osteoblasts and osteoclasts and promoting bone formation. This paper systematically reviews the latest research progress on the dual regulation of Th17/Treg cells by traditional Chinese medicine in senile osteoporosis, aiming to provide new theoretical foundations and therapeutic strategies for clinical prevention and treatment. |
