| 线粒体DNA(mtDNA)甲基化作为表观遗传调控的重要机制，与骨质疏松症的发生密切相关，mtDNA异常甲基化可通过影响能量代谢、诱发氧化应激等多种途径促使线粒体功能改变，进而破坏成骨细胞与破骨细胞间的动态平衡，加重骨量丢失。补益类中药单体通过多通路调控mtDNA甲基化并改善其线粒体功能，重塑骨稳态，成为骨质疏松症治疗的新靶点。本文旨在综述mtDNA甲基化在骨代谢中的调控机制及中药干预策略，为靶向线粒体表观遗传治疗骨质疏松症提供理论依据。 |

| Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) methylation, a crucial mechanism of epigenetic regulation, is closely associated with the pathogenesis of osteoporosis. Aberrant mtDNA methylation can disrupt mitochondrial function by affecting energy metabolism and inducing oxidative stress, among other pathways. This dysfunction subsequently disrupts the dynamic balance between osteoblasts and osteoclasts, exacerbating bone loss. Tonifying Chinese herbal monomers represent a novel therapeutic target for osteoporosis. They regulate mtDNA methylation through multiple pathways, improve mitochondrial function, and restore bone homeostasis. This review aims to summarize the regulatory mechanisms of mtDNA methylation in bone metabolism and the intervention strategies involving Chinese herbal medicine, providing a theoretical basis for targeting mitochondrial epigenetics in osteoporosis treatment. |
