| 骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）是一种常见代谢性骨骼疾病，给患者和社会带来严重负担。TGF-β信号通路作为一种重要的细胞内信号传导通路，在OP的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。本文对TGF-β信号通路在OP中的作用及中药干预研究进行综述。回顾OP的病理生理过程和发病机制，强调TGF-β信号通路在调控骨细胞增殖、分化和破坏平衡中的关键性作用。总结了前人在TGF-β信号通路在OP中的研究成果。目前，该方面研究的争论焦点主要集中在TGF-β信号通路在OP中的确切功能和具体调控机制上。当前研究表明，中药干预已成为一种潜在的治疗策略，具有调控TGF-β信号通路、促进骨代谢的作用。最后，展望了TGF-β信号通路在OP治疗中的潜在应用前景，强调了中药干预研究的重要性和进一步发展方向。综上所述，对TGF-β信号通路的深入研究将为OP的治疗提供新的思路和策略。 |

| Osteoporosis (OP) is a common metabolic bone disease, which brings serious burden to patients and society.TGF-β signaling pathway, as an important intracellular signaling pathway,plays an important role in the development of OP. In this paper, we review the role of TGF-β signaling pathway in OP and the research of herbal medicine intervention. The pathophysiological process and pathogenesis of OP are reviewed, and the critical role of the TGF-β signaling pathway in regulating the balance of osteoblast proliferation, differentiation and destruction is emphasized. The results of previous research on the TGF-β signaling pathway in OP are summarized. Currently, the debate in this area of research focuses on the exact function and specific regulatory mechanisms of the TGF-β signaling pathway in OP. The current state of research suggests that herbal intervention has emerged as a potential therapeutic strategy with the ability to regulate the TGF-β signaling pathway and promote bone metabolism. Finally, the potential application prospect of TGF-β signaling pathway in OP treatment was envisioned, emphasizing the importance and further development direction of herbal intervention research. In summary, in-depth study of the TGF-β signaling pathway will provide new ideas and strategies for the treatment of OP. |
