| 骨骼健康与免疫功能是维持人体健康的两大关键因素,它们之间的相互作用及其在疾病发生中的作用已引起广泛关注。颗粒钙蛋白(granclain,GCA)近年来被揭示在骨骼、免疫和代谢过程中扮演重要角色。研究发现GCA是一个多面的调节因子,能通过与不同受体结合,调控信号通路,进而影响骨骼细胞的分化、免疫响应以及脂肪组织的炎症状态。本文探讨了GCA在免疫调节及骨代谢中的相关作用,并对其作为骨骼老化及代谢相关性疾病的潜在治疗靶点的前景进行了展望。 |

| Bone health and immune function are two pivotal elements in maintaining human homeostasis. Their crosstalk in disease pathogenesis has garnered significant interest. Recent studies have unveiled that grancalcin (GCA) has multifaceted roles in skeletal homeostasis, immune modulation, and metabolic regulation. Functioning as a pleiotropic regulator, GCA orchestrates downstream signaling cascades via receptor-specific interactions, thereby governing osteogenic differentiation, immune-inflammatory responses, and adipose tissue homeostasis. This review elucidates the critical contributions of GCA to the immune-skeletal metabolic axis and highlights its translational potential as a therapeutic target for bone aging and metabolic disorders. |
