      骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)在中医里属“骨痿”范畴,核心病机为肝脾肾三脏功能失调,病肾虚为本,脾虚、肝郁、肝虚和血瘀互为影响。“肝脾肾同调”遵循中医整体观,是防治本病的重要治则。传统功法作为中医导引核心,以调身调息调心“三调合一”为特色,通过肢体运动与呼吸意念调节,实现对三脏的系统干预,体现“筋骨并重、内外兼修”的防治理念。本文以肝脾肾同调理论为切入点,探讨传统功法防治骨质疏松症的理论基础、作用机制、临床研究进展,为其规范化应用提供科学依据。

      Osteoporosis (OP) falls within the category of “bone flaccidity” in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The core pathogenesis lies in the dysfunction of the three viscera: the liver, spleen, and kidney, with kidney deficiency as the root cause. Spleen deficiency, liver qi stagnation, liver deficiency, and blood stasis mutually influence each other.“Co-regulation of the liver, spleen, and kidney,”following the holistic view of TCM, is a crucial therapeutic principle for preventing and treating OP. As the core of TCM guidance techniques, traditional exercise methods are characterized by the “integration of the regulation of body posture, breath, and mind” (the “Three Regulations in One”). Through the regulation of physical movements, breathing, and mental focus, they achieve systematic intervention on the three viscera (liver, spleen, and kidney), embodying the prevention and treatment concept of “attaching equal importance to muscles, bones, and joints while cultivating both the internal and external aspects simultaneously.”This paper takes the theory of co-regulation of the liver, spleen, and kidney as the entry point to explore the theoretical basis, mechanisms of action, and clinical research progress of traditional exercise methods in preventing and treating osteoporosis, aiming to provide a scientific basis for their standardized application.
