| 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种多见的骨科疾病。在现代临床,中医学素有从“瘀”立论去治疗此病。但其只有中医学传统理论的支撑,缺乏现代研究的佐证。当前,随着分子生物学的发展,肠道微生态系统多被认为与骨代谢密切相关。故而,本文作者立足于肠道微生态,浅述中医瘀证与骨质疏松的相关性,以期为中医学从“瘀”证论治骨质疏松症提供理论基础。 |

| Osteoporosis (OP) is a common orthopedic disease. In modern clinical practice, Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treats this disease from the theory of stasis. However, it is only supported by the traditional theories of traditional Chinese medicine, and lacks the support of modern research. At present, with the development of molecular biology, the intestinal microecosystem is mostly considered to be closely related to bone metabolism. Therefore, in this paper, based on the intestinal microecology and the TCM stasis syndrome, the authors briefly describe the correlation between TCM stasis syndrome and osteoporosis, in order to provide a theoretical basis for TCM to discuss the treatment of osteoporosis from the stasis syndrome. |
