| 同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)是半胱氨酸/蛋氨酸代谢过程中的中间体,与多种年龄相关的疾病密切相关。正常情况下,同型半胱氨酸在体内的循环通常受维生素B6、B9和B12调节,以维持正常的血浆浓度,影响骨代谢与骨质量。高同型半胱氨酸血症(hyperhomocysteinemia,HHcy)由Hcy升高所致,是骨质疏松的一个重要预测因子。它不仅刺激成骨细胞的生成并增强其活性,还能促进成骨细胞凋亡以及胶原蛋白的降解,从而对骨骼健康造成损害。本文介绍Hcy与骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)相关性研究的最新进展,旨在全面了解Hcy、HHcy对OP发生发展的影响。 |

| Homocysteine (Hcy) is an intermediate in cysteine/methionine metabolism and is strongly associated with a variety of age-related diseases. Usually, the circulation of Hcy in the body is regulated by VB6, VB9, and VB12 to maintain normal plasma concentrations that affect bone metabolism and bone quality. However, hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy), which results from elevated Hcy levels, is a significant predictor of osteoporosis (OP). It not only stimulates the formation of osteoclasts and enhances their activity, but also promotes the apoptosis of osteoblasts as well as the degradation of collagen, which is detrimental to bone health. This article presents recent advances in the study of the correlation between Hcy and OP, aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of the correlation between Hcy and HHcy with VB6, VB9, and VB12, and their impact on the development of OP. |
