| 类风湿性关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）是一种影响全身关节的慢性、进展性疾病。Th17/Treg免疫失衡会引发促炎介质异常释放，从而快速触发机体的炎性免疫应答反应的发生。Th17/Treg免疫平衡是维持机体正常免疫修复和炎症反应的关键，也是防治RA的重要机制之一。“玄府-骨络”理论最早出现在《黄帝内经》，感受邪气时，分布在机体表面的玄府首当其冲，闭塞不畅，致使骨络痹阻，筋脉关节失于濡养，进而产生病理产物，不荣不通则痛。由于RA的发病率居高不下，单一的治疗预后欠佳，而临床尝试中西医结合治疗的成效显著。遂结合已有研究，从微观物质视角，在传统中医“玄府－骨络”理论的指导下从Th17/Treg免疫失衡角度探究RA的发生、发展进程以及治疗方案，具有重要的理论价值和参考意义。 |

| Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic and progressive disease that affects the joints throughout the body. The imbalance of Th17/Treg immunity triggers the abnormal re-lease of pro-inflammatory mediators, which rapidly triggers the body's inflammatory immune response. Th17/Treg immunity balance is the key to maintain the body's nor-mal immune repair and inflammatory response. It is one of the most important mecha-nisms for the prevention and treatment of RA. The theory of Xuanfu-Bone and Col-lateral firstly appeared in the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine. When feeling evil, the Xuanfu distributed on the surface of the body takes the brunt of the blockage, resulting in paralysis of the bone and collateral, and the tendons, veins, and joints are not moistened, which then produces pathological products, and pain is caused by lack of glorification and communication. Due to the high incidence of RA, the prognosis of single treatment is not good, and the effectiveness of clinical at-tempts to combine Chinese and Western medicine is remarkable. Therefore, combining the existing studies, we investigate the occurrence, development, and treatment of RA from the perspective of Th17/Treg immunity imbalance under the guidance of tradi-tional Chinese medicine theory of Xuanfu-Bone and Collateral from the perspective of microscopic material, which is of great theoretical value and reference significance. |
