| 线粒体分裂抑制剂-1(mitochondrial division inhibitor 1,Mdivi-1)是线粒体动力相关蛋白1(dynamin?related protein 1,Drp1)的抑制剂,能够阻止Drp1的鸟苷三磷酸(guanosine triphosphate,GTP)酶活性,从而抑制线粒体的分裂过程。其在线粒体动力学、能量产生和Ca2+稳态中发挥多种作用。Mdivi-1常参与心血管疾病、神经退行性疾病以及肿瘤相关研究,近年来研究表明,Mdivi-1也参与调控骨相关疾病的病理进程。本文重点介绍了Mdivi-1的结构和功能,阐明 Mdivi-1在骨相关疾病中的分子机制将有助于评估其治疗潜力并促进其在临床研究中的应用。 |

| Mitochondrial division inhibitor 1 (Mdivi-1), an inhibitor of dynamin-related protein 1 (Drp1), blocks the guanosine triphosphate (GTP) enzyme activity of Drp1, thereby inhibiting mitochondrial fission. It plays multiple roles in mitochondrial dynamics, energy production, and Ca2? homeostasis. Mdivi-1 has been widely studied in cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer. Recent research has shown its involvement in regulating the pathological processes of bone-related diseases. This review highlights the structure and function of Mdivi-1. Clarifying its molecular mechanisms in bone-related diseases may help evaluate its therapeutic potential and promote its application in clinical research. |
