      周细胞-内皮细胞串扰通过空间定位、信号通路及旁分泌作用调控微血管稳态,其失调与骨质疏松症、骨坏死、骨关节炎及骨折愈合延迟等骨骼疾病密切相关。目前,周细胞-内皮细胞在不同的组织之间有着不同的位置关系、通过多种信号通路相互调节、通过旁分泌作用彼此影响;骨中的H型血管是周细胞-内皮细胞的特殊组合体;有待进一步研究周细胞-内皮细胞串扰所产生的治疗作用。本文旨在综述周细胞-内皮细胞串扰在骨骼微血管损伤中的机制及治疗潜力,靶向周细胞-内皮细胞串扰可能成为治疗骨骼疾病微血管损伤的新策略,未来需进一步探索周细胞亚型功能及临床转化路径。

      Pericyte-endothelial cell crosstalk regulates microvascular homeostasis through spatial localization, signaling pathways, and paracrine interactions. Dysregulation of this crosstalk is closely associated with skeletal disorders including osteoporosis, osteonecrosis, osteoarthritis, and delayed fracture healing. Current evidence demonstrates tissue-specific variations in pericyte-endothelial spatial organization, bidirectional regulation through multiple signaling pathways, and functional interplay mediated by paracrine communication. Notably, bone-specific type H vessels represent a specialized pericyte-endothelial unit. However, the therapeutic implications of their ctalkross require further investigation. This review aims to elucidate the mechanisms and therapeutic potential of pericyte-endothelial crosstalk in skeletal microvascular injury. Targeting this crosstalk may offer novel therapeutic strategies for skeletal microvascular pathologies, while future research should focus on characterizing pericyte subpopulations and developing clinically translatable approaches.
