| 目前我国骨骼系统疾病的患病人数逐年增多，老年人口数量也不断增加，且部分骨骼疾病的发病与年龄存在正相关。骨骼疾病严重影响患者的生活质量。随着人们对天然药物的不断探索，发现淫羊藿对骨骼疾病有明显的治疗效果。然而，淫羊藿目前的临床研究仍然有限，实验研究主要集中在细胞和动物模型来探索淫羊藿在骨骼疾病中的药理作用及作用机制。基于此，本综述旨在系统总结近20年来淫羊藿在治疗骨骼疾病中的活性成分，阐述淫羊藿在骨骼疾病中的药理作用及机制，为淫羊藿的临床应用和制剂开发提供科学依据。 |

| The number of patients with musculoskeletal disorders in China is increasing annually, in line with the growing elderly population. Furthermore, the onset of certain bone diseases is positively correlated with age. Bone diseases significantly impair patients' quality of life. Advances in natural medicine research have revealed that epimedium exhibits notable therapeutic effects on skeletal diseases. However, clinical studies on epimedium remain limited. Experimental research primarily focuses on cellular and animal models to explore its pharmacological actions and mechanisms in bone disorders. This review therefore systematically summarizes the active components of epimedium used to treat skeletal diseases over the past two decades, clarifies its pharmacological effects and underlying mechanisms, and establishes a scientific basis for the clinical application and pharmaceutical development of epimedium-based therapies. |
